A Saturday With Friends

At this point we'd done a whole work/school week without Tony so Jill and I were really looking forward to the weekend.  Saturday morning we met Carah, Patrick, Thomas and Elizabeth at the playground.  After we realized the wet playground was perfect for injuries we walked over to the library.  Later in the afternoon, we met again at Amanda's house.  Saturday night we welcomed a fried turkey dinner made by Mel and Brian.  Jill "doesn't like turkey" so I handed her a plate of cut-up "chicken" and she ate the entire plate and asked for seconds.  "This chicken is delicious!!"
