Officially a Toddler

Her lunch bag was filled with chopped up pears, peaches, carrots and a ham and cheese sandwich in a million tiny pieces.  She wore an outfit from our neighbor, Ellen, and her new Patriots hat to keep warm.  Jill was ready - and excited - for her first day transitioning into the toddler room.

She spent a chunk of the morning in the "big kid" room, coming back into the infant room for a nap around 12.  The teachers placed Jill in the infant play area after her nap and she wanted nothing to do with it.  She wanted everything to do with all the action happening in the toddler room.  And so she went back into the toddler area where she spent the majority of the afternoon.  I don't think there will be much transition time needed for this one!
