Homecoming Weekend

It was so nice to visit Westfield State on Saturday. We also celebrated our 10 year reunion at the Westwood Pub before heading out with a smaller group to two other bars. I swear it was closing time before we headed to Jen's house but apparently not. I was in bed at 11:30! Isn't that when we used to head out to City Limits?

Apple Picking Field Trip

Tyla took Jill and her little ones, Cadence and Colton, apple picking yesterday at Keith's Farm in Acushnet. Looks like they had a great time! Now what to make with all these delicious apples...

Jill's Having a Great Day So Far

Jill is completely passed out as I resize the pictures for today's blog post. Her Nana arrived late last night and was able to greet her early this morning with her dog, Rachael. Rachael has been living with Nana and Auntie Kathleen for a few months while we unsuccessfully tried to sell our home that we ended up renting. Jill's excitement was obvious as she squealed and giggled at their arrival and wake-up call by her crib.

The day turned even more exciting around lunchtime when the Duvals arrived. Cadence and Addison were interested in the playground until after lunch when Tim and Tony set up the bouncy castle. That was a complete hit! Sweat dripped down Jill's face and we actually had to make the girls take a break to sit for a minute and drink some water.
