We did a lot of...Huge agree to the sleep schedule! We did a lot of reading up on this and sticking to a routine has been the most important thing. At 14 months Katie is ready to go to bed at just about the same time every night. We can even ask her if she's ready and she'll go sit on the bottom step of the stairs and wait for us.
